  • All original labels and tags must be attached to the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, if any.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To request an exchange or return, please contact customer service and provide us with your order number and clear photos of the product when needed.
The request will be reviewed, and the customer will be informed of the required procedures as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a product different from the one ordered, the store will bear all shipping, exchange, or return costs after verifying the case.

Exchange or Return for Personal Reasons

If the exchange or return request is due to a change of mind or choosing an unsuitable product, the customer will bear the shipping fees and any additional charges related to the exchange or return process.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, inspecting it, and confirming that it meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated using the original payment method or another agreed method.
The refund process may take from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the relevant financial institution.

Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The original packaging or product labels are missing.
  • The request is submitted after the specified exchange or return period has expired.
  • Products that are custom-made or modified specifically according to the customer’s request.
